We now have three substitutes that we recommend to our customers, PeakImmune4 (now BRM4), AHCC and Noxylane4. All three are rice bran/mushroom extract products. BRM4 is manufactured in Japan by Daiwa Pharmaceuticals, the same company which made the original MGN-3 (and has the exact same active ingredient). AHCC is a less expensive mushroom extract, and in our experience not as potent per milligram, but is actually more popular in Japan than the other products. We sell all three products due to physician recommendations, but personally recommend the original MGN-3 formula (now called BRM4). Please note that all of our products now contain 60 capsules/bottle, not 50 like most other sources.
